PITS Enterprises

The Players Association

The Players association is as follows. The First year is 9 months starting in April ending the year in December for the year 2021, membership fee is $20. New membership Fees of $20. Are due January. 1st 2022 or at your first event entered in 2022 After the first year, 12 months equal a year for memberships. If you maintain $20 payments for membership starting the first year, you will get that price for life.

If you do not pay the first year and want to play the 2nd year or any year after the 1st year. Membership fee will be $25. and an additional $20 for the Inaugural year you missed. Total of $45. if you miss the first year. Membership fees will help the players fund grow. The more members we have, the stronger we are.

Another step is to encourage local Businesses to help sponsor a member or more.
Our goal in Florida is 500 members, that would put $10,000 into the Players fund. The Players Fund is used for only one thing. Adding to the payouts. Nothing else. By using just a percentage of the fund each year towards payouts at tournaments, we will ensure the fund never depletes. It grows!

THE PLAYERS FUND

A Universal Model with Sport‑Specific Growth

The Player’s Fund is a structured, recurring financial system designed to grow each indoor tournament sport from the inside out. Every player contributes a yearly membership fee into their own sport’s fund — never mixed with any other sport.

Each sport has its own independent fund, its own balance, its own growth curve, and its own yearly payout increase. Growth is sport specific, but the model is universal.

A controlled portion of each fund is used annually to increase tournament prize money. The remainder stays in the fund, compounding year after year through membership renewals. This creates a permanent upward path for every sport.

All funds are fully transparent. Players can see:

  • Total members in their sport
  • Total dollars in their fund
  • Yearly payout increases
  • Growth compared to other sports

This is the first system in indoor tournament sports that is truly FOR THE PLAYERS BY THE PLAYERS.

Literal Definition

The Player’s Fund is a yearly membership‑based financial trust that collects player fees, holds them transparently, and uses a controlled portion of those funds to increase tournament prize money throughout the year. The fund grows through renewals, and payouts grow with it. The money is used only to increase player winnings.

Organizations may continue using their own systems if they choose. Participation in the Players Fund is optional and available to any organization that wishes to plug into the model.

THE PLAYERS OATH

The Cultural Backbone of the Players Pro Tour

Every player who enters a PITS flagship event participates in the Players Oath — a unified commitment to professionalism, respect, integrity, and transparency.

The oath is not a comparison to any other system. It is simply the standard inside our walls.

THE PLAYERS OATH (Final Version)

I compete with honor. I respect my opponents. I respect the game. I respect the venue. I uphold fairness in every match. I represent myself and my sport with professionalism. I support the Players Fund and the growth of my sport. I stand for transparency, integrity, and respect. I swear by my oath.
